from supplier coordination to creating documents together with partners.

Organize SDS with suppliers
- Receive existing SDS electronically (from the customer) and import them into the system.
- Collect up‑to‑date SDS from manufacturers and suppliers
- Store the purchase supplier per product (changeable) – so it’s clear where updates must be requested.
- Coordinate updates, versions and languages
- Clean assignment to products, items and assortments

- Create SDS with specialized partners
- Create cover sheets when data must be supplemented and documented for compliance
- Structure so users quickly find the right version
Updates & re‑sending
- Update checks and document replacement
- Automatic re‑sending to affected recipients (when an SDS is replaced within the defined period)
